Sign up for the Annual General Membership meeting and Award Banquet by January 15. We will be honoring Maine Morgan's top horses and exhibitors, as well as, provide a fascinating presentation and general membership meeting. Come join us to learn what the volunteers of Maine Morgan have done in 2012 and the plans for 2013. We get many ideas for the future events from our membership. Be there and talk to your officers and board members so we can work on events for you!

Now is the time to join or renew your Maine Morgan membership. We have a corporate membership now for farms and businesses!

December 23 - just in time for Christmas... the December newsletter has been published!

December 17 - The Annual Awards and General Membership meeting is scheduled for January 26, 2013 at the Samoset Resort in Rockland, Maine. The day starts with lunch at noontime. We are hoping the change in timing will be positive for the attendance!

December 17 - The Third Annual Golf scramble changed the date to June 23, 2013. This breeders classes fundraiser is a fun day on the golf course and helps the weanling and yearling classes to be successful!

December 10 - Are you going to a college or secondary school? Are you a Maine Morgan member, youth or adult? If so, you likely qualify for the scholarship program offered annually by Maine Morgan.

December 9 - The 2012 Dressage and Trail Year End Points are posted.

November 24 - The November newsletter has been published!

November 21 - The 2012 Audited Show and Open Competition Year End Points are posted for your review. You will have until December 10th to contact Pam Vose with any questions at 207-785-6302 or pamvose1@hotmail.com.

November 10 - The 2012 Unaudited Year End Points are posted for your review. These will be audited and final points will be posted by November 20th. You will have until November 30th to contact Pam Vose with any questions at 207-785-6302 or pamvose1@hotmail.com.Today was the final day to receive mailed in forms and I had nothing in the mail.

November 3 - The October newsletter has been published!

October 22 - Members who have sent preliminary point worksheets for review and must contact Pam Vose at pamvose1@hotmail.com or 207-785-6302 if you did not receive your sheets or if you have any questions. Members without email addresses will be sent their points by postal mail on Monday, October 22, and should contact Pam if you do not receive your sheet within 7 days.

May 23 - The second annual Katrina Crie Windred Memorial Ride/Walk is scheduled for September 15, at Camden Hill State Park. Come join us for this special event to honor Katrina and help support her son, Osage.

May 6 - Notice to all youth in New England area... The Maine Morgan Youth of the Year Entry form and contestant letter is available now!

April 26 - The Dressage Show start times are posted. If you are participating, good luck! If you want to see some horse action this weekend, check out the Dressage Show at Kennebec Morgan Farm in Woolwich.

April 14 - With the good weather this spring, riding and driving your horses outdoors can begin earlier! The Spring Dressage Show scheduled for April 29th, will be a great venue for you to begin your dressage show schedule!

The Second Annual Maine Morgan Golf Scramble is scheduled for Saturday, August 25, 2012 at the Bath Country Club. Come join us of the fun and support the Maine Morgan Breeders Classes!

March 12 - Good news for Maine Morgan Horse Show Exhibitors who show out of their trailers. The Show Out of Trailer fee of $30 has been waived for all exhibitors at the Maine Morgan Show in Deerfield in July!
