4:00 – 7:30 PM - hors d’oeuvre & cash bar beverage service

Beginning at 4 PM the following hors d’oeuvre will be served:

Domestic and imported cheeses

ruit, biscuits, and crackers
Assorted vegetables crudités with Benedictine dip
Lime, tequila, & fresh oregano-marinated shrimp
Jerk chicken with a mango dipping sauce
Pulled pork quesadillas
Marinated & grilled asparagus
Avocado salad with a spicy corn relish
crab cakes with a Creole remoulade

Carving station – 6:15 PM (approximately)

Grilled and sliced hanger steak with a Henry Bain sauce
Hickory-smoked, sliced ham with assorted mustards
Pasta salad with roasted vegetables and pesto
Tossed mixed greens with a toasted walnuts, craisins, and a balsamic vinaigrette
Assorted artisan breads

All proceeds to benefit the Maine Morgan Cup Classes
