Other Information:

· No entry may enter a class until an entry form has been completed, fees paid, and a number has been assigned.

· Helmets will be required for all riders.

· There will be no refunds unless due to a bona fide injury to horse or rider (equitation). Refunds will only be made upon receipt of a veterinarian (or doctor's) certificate.

· All horses must have proof of Coggins within the past three years (for Maine horses) and six months (for out of state horses) in order to show.

· All horses must have proof of Shot Records within the past year in order to show..

· Food will be available on show grounds.

· No Smoking in Barn Area.

· Dogs must be kept on leash at all times.

· All awards will be made at the end of the day.

· Additional rides may be scheduled if time allows on day of show, but not guaranteed.

· There are 2 prices for ride and re-ride entry fees. There is also a higher cost for entries RECEIVED after closing date of March 15, 2008. All entries must be received by March 25, 1008 in order to be guaranteed a ride time.

Kennebec Morgan Horse Farm, The Maine Morgan Horse Club, Inc. and the Maine Morgan Breeder's Classes and show committee and its agents and employees will not be responsible for accidents that may occur to any rider, driver, groom, attendant, spectator, animal, or equipment at this show. Nor will Kennebec Morgan Horse Farm, The Maine Morgan Horse Club, Inc. and the Maine Morgan Breeder's Classes and show committee and its agents and employees be responsible for loss or destruction of any property or equipment to or by animals on the show grounds (Kennebec Morgan Farm) or in the show arena and stable area.

Traveling from South/North From Turnpike
Get off exit 52 in Falmouth; follow I-295 north to Bath/Brunswick exit. Follow on Pleasant Street in Brunswick connecting onto interstate 95 north to Bath, which merges into Route 1 South. Follow about 5 miles to Woolwich. Be watching for landmark-tepee on your right. About 1/8 mile past tepee is Montsweag Rd on your right. Take and follow about 2.3 miles. You will come to a fork in road, bear left , where Montsweag Rd turns into Phipps Pt. Rd. Kennebec Morgan Farm is approx. 1 mile on left.

From North-Route 1
Follow Route 1 south through Wiscasset. Follow about 5 miles past Shaws (on left), then Montsweag Roadhouse and cross bridge over train tracks. Be looking for is Montsweag Rd on your right. Take and follow about 2.3 miles. You will come to a fork in road, bear left, where Montsweag Rd turns into Phipps Pt. Rd. Kennebec Morgan Farm is approx. 1 mile on left.
